Warren and his team are amazing. My partner and I just had to say good-bye to him after 3 days of diving and it was difficult because it was like saying good-bye to an old friend. First off, the team is all about safety. They do small groups, detailed briefings, safety checks on each person before the dive and multiple check-ins during the dive. I can be anxious going in the water the first time after being away from diving for a while and Warren was more than patient with me. We descended slowly and he never made me feel rushed or like he was annoyed with me which is more than I can say for some other dive shops. Next, Warren and his dive masters (Harry and Patrick) are incredibly knowledgeable about the fish and surrounding islands. You'll learn so much with them! And he and Walter (the captain) can spot a creature from a mile away. It's truly an unbelievable skill. Lastly, the hospitality is like no other. They sit with you on the boat and at lunch (which is very delicious by the way) and get to know you. Everyone, and especially Warren, go out of their way to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. I honestly cannot say enough about this business and Warren. If you ever have the chance to visit Belize, go to Placencia and book a snorkel or scuba tour with Sunny Side.
